What we collect

We store the display name, email address, rating, comments, AMT experience category, submission time, any optional personal photo or Discord avatar, and publication permission you provide. This information is available in the private owner dashboard. We use limited request information to prevent spam.

What appears publicly

Your review starts in a private approval queue. If you grant permission and the owner approves it, your display name, rating, comments, experience category, submission month, and optional image may appear on AMT’s website. Your email address is never included in the public review.

Leave the permission box unchecked to send private feedback. Reviews shown on the site are selected testimonials, not a complete or independently verified review feed. We do not calculate an overall customer rating from that selection.

Contact and removal

Your email may be used to follow up about your feedback. Sending a review does not subscribe you to newsletters. We remove embedded image metadata, including location data, when processing uploads. Images remain private unless the owner separately chooses to display them with an approved review. Your review can be published without its image. Hiding the image or unpublishing the review removes public access to the image; deleting a review also deletes its image. We retain reviews until they are deleted. To correct your submission, withdraw permission, or request deletion, email info@amtbalance.com from the address used for your review.
