Read these disclosures before using AMT content, research, studies, community discussions, or other tools.

Education and analysis, not trade recommendations

AMT provides educational content and analytical tools, not a trade signal service or personalized investment advice. Chart markers, alerts, model outputs, and community discussions are not instructions to buy, sell, or copy a trade.

A technical “signal” describes a rule-based condition or model output. It does not establish that a trade is suitable for you or likely to succeed. You are responsible for your own research, position sizing, risk controls, and trading decisions. Seek advice from a qualified professional about your circumstances.

Substantial risk of loss

Futures trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. Leverage can amplify losses; you may lose more than your initial investment. Trade only with risk capital you can afford to lose.

Stop orders, chart levels, and risk settings do not guarantee a particular execution price or limit the amount you can lose. Volatility, gaps, outages, and insufficient liquidity can prevent timely execution.

Past performance and research limitations

Past performance, whether actual, hypothetical, or backtested, is not indicative of future results. No profit, win rate, or other outcome is promised.

Historical reach, reaction, revisit, and continuation percentages describe events within a stated sample. They are not automatically trade win rates, probabilities for your next trade, or executable fills. Results depend on the market, date range, definitions, exclusions, and methodology. Market conditions change, and historical relationships can weaken or disappear.

Backtests, simulated trades, and modeled profit or loss are hypothetical. Unless explicitly identified as actual trading, do not treat a chart, example, or result as an actual account record. Check each study for its assumptions and treatment of commissions, slippage, and other costs.

Hypothetical performance — not actual trading results

These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.

Opinions and experiences shared in Discord or other community channels are not guarantees or personalized recommendations. A profitable example or testimonial does not establish that you will achieve similar results.

Tool and model limitations

Indicators, alerts, and AI-generated analysis can be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or based on unsuitable assumptions. Historical calculations may differ from real-time behavior. Verify data, settings, and outputs independently before making a decision; no tool removes trading risk.

Paid relationships and platform costs

Links identified as paid or affiliate links may compensate AMT. Platform subscriptions and market-data fees are separate from AMT membership. A mention of a platform or service does not establish regulatory approval or guarantee its suitability.
